Appointments

Appointments can be requested directly from your provider via the Clinical Admin feature within your Decisively portal. Your provider or wellness coordinator will book your appointment based on availability and send confirmation to the portal.

On Site 

1 / Book

Your provider or wellness coordinator will schedule your appointment and send this to your decisively portal. This can be viewed within your calender or list view under 'Clinical Admin'

2 / On the day of appointment

Please remember to arrive at the location specified in the appointment at least 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Directions to Jora Clinic Belfast appointments can be found here. Please check in at reception and you will be guided to the booked room.  

 

3 / Cancellations/Redscheduling

To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel within the cancellation period. To cancel, contact us by email at support@jorahealth.com or by contacting your wellness coordinator via your portal. 

3 / After the appointment

The provider or wellness coordinator may arrange a follow-up call if necessary. You may receive a feedback form about your experience. Consultation notes, clinic letters, and other clinic-related documentation can be viewed within your portal via the My Health Record feature. 

Virtual 

1 / Booking

Your provider or wellness coordinator will schedule your virtual appointment and send this to your decisively portal. This can be viewed within your calender or list view under 'Clinical Admin'. The link to the virtual appointments can be found in the comments section. 

2 / Before your appointment

Please download the necessary software to facilitate a smoother virtual consultation experience. Our preferred virtual consultation tool is Microsoft Teams and the tool can be downloaded here

Please dial into the call 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

3 / During the call

It would be recommended to take the call from a quiet environment with your camera switched on so the provider can verify your identity before proceeding with the call. Our policy is not to record the call.
